Internationale Jagd- und Schützentage, the International Hunting and Sports Shooting Convention at Lembeck Castle, is the best meeting place for all enthusiastic marksmen and markswomen, and will bring together the hunting sectors from around Germany and the neighbouring countries. The venue provides a beautiful setting for you to gain first-hand experience of the products offered by prominent exhibitors.
1. Internationale Jagd-und Schützentage offers producers within the Hunting and Shooting industry to present and offer their latest products to their consumers. The products range from Clothing and Equipment to Optics, Weapons and Ammunition to Accessories and everything else that makes the heart of hunters and shooters leap.
The price will be calculated accordingly to the space (sqm) as defined in your application form and depend on your preferred stand type. You can find the current valid prices in the application form.
At 1. Internationale Schützentage Schloss Lembeck you can chose between a space inside one of our tent halls and the park. Of course, you can have a stand both indoors and outdoors.
It's also possible to share a stand with another exhibitor. If you wish to share your stand you must indicate so on the application form. You will be charged a handling fee of EUR 90. Registration of a co-exhibitor is only possible with the permission of the exhibition management.
How can I register as an exhibitor?

How can I register as a co-exhibitor?
If you wish to share your stand you must indicate so on the application form. You will be charged a handling fee of EUR 90. Registration of a co-exhibitor is only possible with the permission of the exhibition management.

The construction of the stands must have begun by 8:00 one day before the start of the exhibition at the latest, otherwise the exhibition may assume that the stand will no longer be occupied. Stands must be fully assembled by 20:00 on the day before the event starts.
Dismantling after the exhibition

You can beginn to dismantle your stand at 19:00 on the last day of the exhibition. No stand may be vacated in whole or in part before the specified date and time. In the event of non-compliance, a contractual penalty in the amount of the stand rent shall be due.
